KiwiHouse – Terms & Conditions

By making a booking at KiwiHouse, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 KiwiHouse refers to the boutique guesthouse located in Oneroa, Waiheke Island.

1.2 The Property refers to KiwiHouse, including all guest rooms, shared living spaces, balconies, decks and garden areas.

1.3 You / Guest refers to all current, future or past guests staying at KiwiHouse, including any person making a booking on behalf of others.

2. Rates & Inclusions

2.1 Rates include 15% GST (if applicable).
2.2 Rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD).
2.3 Rates are charged on a per-night basis.
2.4 Rates are subject to confirmation at the time of reservation and subject to all payments being made by the required due dates.
2.5 All credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
2.6 KiwiHouse accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across five rooms.
2.7 KiwiHouse is an adult-only property and does not accommodate children under 12 years of age.
2.8 Check-in: from 2:00pm
Check-out: by 10:00am

Inclusions

The following amenities are included during your stay:

• Complimentary tea, coffee and basic pantry items
• Guest kitchenette facilities
• WiFi and Smart TV
• Access to shared living spaces including kitchen, dining, lounge and balconies

3. Reservations & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking Confirmation
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

3.2 Final Payment
Final payment is required on the day of check-in unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.

• If a reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.

3.4 Early Departure
No refunds will be provided if guests choose to depart earlier than their confirmed booking.

3.5 Travel Disruptions
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, illness or travel disruptions.
