Cable Bay Vineyards

Tastings - Lunch - Dinner

The Verandah

Nestled amongst vineyards and olive trees, the outdoor terrace and lawn area provide stunning views across the Hauraki Gulf to Auckland city. The Verandah has an indoor-outdoor flow with sliding screens that open up onto the lawn, where you can stretch out and relax on one of their beanbags or rugs.

They offer a menu of sharing plates, slow-roasted meats and pizzas from their outdoor kitchen with wood-fire oven.

The Dining Room

Luxurious and elegant, this multi award-winning Dining Room has floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to stunning views across the lawn and the bay.

Cable Bay has created extensive organic kitchen gardens, which supply their chefs with top quality, nutrient-rich food daily. They even rear their own chickens to lay the eggs they serve. You don’t get fresher than that – from the garden to the plate within hours!

20 minute walk from Kiwi House Waiheke.

Over two hundred years after Cook first sighted Man O’ War, the owners were convinced that world class wine could be grown there, and began planting their first vines in 1993.

Enjoy a lovely drive out to the Man O' War for it's beach front tasting room with a complimentary wine tasting.  You may like to stay for lunch in the alfresco dining area, choosing from their fresh seasonal lunch menu.
